The University of Warmia and Mazury (UWM) was established in September 1999 after merging the 3 higher educational institutes, the Academy of Agriculture and Technology, the Higher School of Pedagogy and Warmia Theological Institute.
There are 17 faculties in the University of Warmia and Mazury with 65 branches of studies. And more than 25,000 students take education from the University of Warmia and Mazury every year.

Eligibility Criteria
- The age of the candidate must be above 17 years and below 25 years on or before the admission date.
- Candidate must have scored 50% (general category) 0r 45% (for SC/ST/OBC) in 12th PCB group
- Candidates should have completed higher school education or should hold a similar course degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- For Indian candidates, the NEET exam is compulsory.
- Candidate should clear IELTS/TOEFL
Admission Procedure (2021-22) – For MBBS/MD Course
- To join the University of Warmia and Mazury you have to go through an entrance exam. You need to have your passport ready for the same
- Fill the application form for the entrance exam (would be held in June 2020)
- Send all your documents to the university (translated in Polish)
- Once the documents are verified, you will get an invitation letter.
- You can then start the visa process.
- Submit all your documents at the embassy and pay the admission fee of the university.
